HHP's Inaugural Educational Showcase a Success.

The Department of Health and Human Performance along with the HHP Honor Society and the Student Nutrition Association (SNA) presented the Inaugural Educational Showcase on Oct 2, 2011 in the Melcher Gym at the University of Houston.

Faculty and students presented educationally-oriented projects performed over the past summer. Posters were displayed for each project while the authors and their faculty mentors were available to give additional information.

The HHP Honor Society and the Student Nutrition Association (SNA) had representatives to discuss membership and research/volunteer opportunities that are of interest to students. Todd Boutte, HHP's graduate student admissions counselor, was on hand to talk to anyone interested in applying to UH’s nationally-ranked programs.
